Please read carefully the general rules below. Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all the other subjects mentioned therein, including minors.
Reservation
The rental contract is considered concluded only upon receipt of our confirmation letter or email which will be sent after receiving the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the rent. The payment must be made no later than 48 hours from the booking request by bank transfer or credit card.
Payments and benefits
Failure to make the above payment on the established date constitutes a termination clause expressed in the contract. The minimum stay is 7 days in high season and 3 days in low season; arrivals and departures are regulated by the rules established by Residence Renaione SRL. The supply of linen is mandatory and calculated per number of people in the estimate phase. The balance of the agreed amount for the stay is to be paid within 20 days before the arrival date while the optional services are to be paid upon arrival at the facility, upon delivery of the keys by credit or debit card: bank checks are not accepted and/or cash.
Failure to pay this fee will result in the automatic termination of the contract and the sum already paid at the time of booking will remain acquired by Residence Renaione SRL as compensation.

The customer undertakes, under penalty of invalidation of the reservation, to indicate the assigned reservation number in the reason for payment and to send the receipt of the bank transaction by e-mail to info@residencerenaione.it within the terms set for the payment of the deposit confirmation.
b. Payments by credit card / electronic cards:
The amount of the deposit will be charged to the credit card indicated at the time of booking. In the event of a negative outcome of the transaction, the customer will be notified and the reservation will be canceled: in this case Residence Renaione will have no obligation towards the customer.
Residence Renaione accepts credit cards from the main international circuits, such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex, …
Debit and / or rechargeable cards of any kind are not accepted.
Arrivals and departures
The delivery of the keys to the accommodation, with the completion of the acceptance procedure, is scheduled for the contractual arrival day from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Residence Renaione SRL facility Via della Tartana 1, 58043 Punta Ala – Castiglione of Pescaia (Gr). In case of delays, please notify us promptly on +39 338 7203062. The contractor and the other guests must have an identity document. Departure is scheduled no later than 10:00 on the day established by the contract. If you are unable to occupy the apartment on the day booked or at the scheduled time for personal reasons, strikes or difficulties during the trip, no refund will be provided. The same rule also applies in case of early departure.
City tax
The tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay and must be paid directly on site, in the manner and terms provided for by the municipal regulation.
Cancellation of the contract by the traveler
Standard Rate: no penalty from the time of booking up to 14 days from the start of the stay with refund of the deposit;
from 14 days from the start date of the stay or no-show or early departure: 100% of the cost of the stay;
House Rules
Guests must accept the rules of Residence Renaione SRL before booking.
It is not permitted to host a greater number of people than expected at check-in. Even the occasional presence of overnight guests will require registration at the P.S. and the obligation of a penalty of 100 euros. Please respect the rules of good neighborliness and be quiet between 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm and between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am. In Punta Ala, scrupulous waste separation is practiced. Guests are asked to follow the instructions found in the house. Pets are allowed upon authorization and payment of the supplement calculated at the quote/order stage. Events such as parties and group celebrations are not permitted.
Contractual conditions: alternative or cancellation of the contract by Residence Renaione SRL
Residence Renaione SRL reserves the right to replace the booked apartment with one offered of equal value in the event of a serious unforeseen event. In case of force majeure, wars, disasters and similar Residence Renaione SRL will cancel the contract by returning the sum paid. Obligations of the tenant: upon delivery of the keys a deposit of €200.00 must be paid with pre-authorisation by credit card or bank transfer. In the event that this deposit is not paid, Residence Renaione SRL reserves the right not to hand over the keys. The occupancy of the apartment is limited to the number of people mentioned in the contract. The manager at reception will be able to prohibit entry to excess people.
The deposit will be fully refunded within seven days only after a positive check of the condition of the apartment by one of our operators.
Early departures must be communicated to Residence Renaione SRL at least 1 day before by email or at the Reception, so as to facilitate the control of the apartment, but in the event that the departure takes place outside our opening hours (9-13; 14 -19), the deposit will be returned by bank or by reversing the pre-authorization, after the ritual checks. Residence Renaione SRL undertakes to send a copy of the cancellation via email or another messaging service.
The tenant undertakes to occupy the apartment respecting all the rules of good neighborliness.
The Residence Renaione SRL. will not be held responsible for any damage, accidents, theft or negligence on the part of the tenant that may occur in the apartment.
The competent court for any dispute arising from this contract will be exclusively the Foro di Grosseto.
