Please read carefully the general rules below. Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all the other subjects mentioned therein, including minors.

Online Reservation

Residence Renaione, in addition to relying on the main reference portals, makes available on its website www.residencerenaione.it a special area where it is possible to book online at the best conditions / offers of the moment, all by following the simple instructions reported.

  1. Reservation on request

It is also possible to send an availability request directly from the Residence Renaione website to the contact page or by email to info@residencerenaione.it.

Following the request, a non-binding offer is sent. In the event of a reservation (reservation) by the customer, the Residence Renaione will send an appropriate communication showing all the data relating to the reservation, the total price of the stay and the amount of the confirmatory deposit to be paid within 3 days. from the date of receipt of this communication, to be used as a non-binding confirmation: if the payment of the deposit is not completed within the required time, the reservation made by the customer will be considered void, without any obligation for each party.

The confirmation sent by Residence Renaione therefore becomes binding only and only upon receipt of the actual payment by the customer within the terms indicated.

At this point, Residence Renaione proceeds to send the customer a binding confirmation e-mail to be shown at the time of check-in: this documentation certifies the data and the summary conditions of the reservation as well as the full acceptance by the customer of the General Conditions.

Subsequently, the Customer must check the accuracy of the data and in the event of errors communicate any anomalies as soon as possible. This communication must be received no later than 4 days from receipt of the binding confirmation itself, otherwise, beyond this deadline Residence Renaione declines all responsibility for any inaccuracies.

At check-in it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person.

To make any changes to your booking you need to contact the reception staff, who will do everything possible to accommodate your requests. In the event that it is requested, and this is possible, to move the booking to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

Payment

The payment of a deposit is required (excluding tourist tax and optional services) no later than 3 days from the date of non-binding booking confirmation by Residence Renaione. In case of non-receipt of the deposit within the indicated terms, the reservation is void. The same applies to the balance: in the event of non-payment of the balance, the reservation will be canceled.

The amount of the confirmation deposit is equal to 40% of the amount of the stay and as required by the civil code in art. 1385, will not be refunded in case of cancellation after the terms specified below or no presentation.

Payment methods

The accepted payment methods are bank transfer and credit card:

The customer undertakes, under penalty of invalidation of the reservation, to indicate the assigned reservation number in the reason for payment and to send the receipt of the bank transaction by e-mail to info@residencerenaione.it within the terms set for the payment of the deposit confirmation.

b. Payments by credit card / electronic cards:

The amount of the deposit will be charged to the credit card indicated at the time of booking. In the event of a negative outcome of the transaction, the customer will be notified and the reservation will be canceled: in this case Residence Renaione will have no obligation towards the customer.

Residence Renaione accepts credit cards from the main international circuits, such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex, …

Debit and / or rechargeable cards of any kind are not accepted.

Balance for stay and extras

The balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival at the facility, at the time of check-in by credit card. If the balance is paid by bank transfer, the same must be made within 5 days before the check-in date: the customer undertakes, under penalty of cancellation of the reservation, to transmit the receipt of the bank transaction by e- mail to info@residencerenaione.it within the terms set for the payment of the balance.

Access to the apartment is allowed only upon payment of the balance and completion of all administrative procedures.

Any extras must be paid for before departure, i.e. at the time of check-out.

  1. Advance payment “Not Refundable”

If this special rate is booked, if available, the full amount of the reservation is charged to the credit card or requested by bank transfer at the time of booking and is non-refundable in any case.

Extension of stay:

The extension of the stay requires an additional reservation, and is subject to availability and rate changes.

City tax

The tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay and must be paid directly on site, in the manner and terms provided for by the municipal regulation.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation / renunciation of reservations must be communicated in writing by email to info@residencerenaione.it, under penalty of acceptance.
Depending on the rate type, Residence Renaione applies the following cancellation policies:
Standard rates
The cancellation request communicated within 40 days before the expected date of arrival, by 18:00:00, involves the cancellation of the reservation and entitles you to a refund of the deposit paid, less bank management fees.
After the above term has elapsed, the notice of cancellation involves the cancellation of the reservation and the total loss of the amount paid as a confirmatory deposit.
No Show (no show), late arrival or early departure
In the event of a No Show, delayed arrival or early departure, the amount of the entire reservation will be charged.

Special offer

Offers with the wording “Special Offer” are understood as such. These offers are not subject to the general cancellation policy referred to in point 4.2, therefore:
Cancellation before arrival date (check-in)
Regardless of the moment in which it occurs, the communication of cancellation involves the cancellation of the reservation and the total loss of the amount paid as a confirmatory deposit.
No show, late arrival or early departure
In the event of a No Show, delayed arrival or early departure, the amount of the entire reservation will be charged.
Non-refundable offers
Non-refundable offers are offered with special discounts where immediate payment of the entire booking is required and a non-refundable policy: in this case the amount of the reservation is charged in full at the time of the reservation and will not be returned in case of cancellation. .

Deposit

At the time of check-in a deposit of € 400.00 is required to be paid by credit card. This sum will be returned at the end of the stay, within 14 days after the check-out date, after checking the conditions of the accommodation, furnishings, equipment, provisioning, etc … without prejudice to any further damage.

Check-in / Check-out

CHECK-IN: between 16.00 and 22.00 on the day of arrival

CHECK-OUT: by 10.00 on the day of departure

A free luggage storage service is available for guests who want to anticipate their arrival or postpone their departure beyond these times.

Causes of force majeure

The management declines all responsibility for disservices due to lack of supplies, accidental equipment failures or other causes of force majeure. We decline all responsibility for damage caused by other guests, by atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, diseases in general and / or theft.

The management company reserves the right to cancel the booking if the Italian Government imposes the adoption of severe restrictions on travel and precautionary measures in order not to favor the epidemiological spread of Coronavirus which prevent the company from guaranteeing the fulfillment of the service and / or make it extremely burdensome and / or difficult. Following this cancellation, the company will return the deposit received at the time of booking to the customer with exemption from any liability and / or request for damages. The company also reserves the right to cancel the booking if the total number of bookings received is small and does not allow the profitability of the service.
