TERMS OF SERVICE
The booking contract is considered concluded only upon receipt of our confirmation letter or email which will be sent after receiving the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the rent. The payment must be made no later than 48 hours from the booking request by bank transfer or credit card.
Standard Rate: no penalty from the time of booking up to 14 days from the start of the stay with refund of the deposit;
from 14 days from the start date of the stay or no-show or early departure: 100% of the cost of the stay;
In case of late arrival or early departure, the FULL price of the reservation must be paid.
SECURITY DEPOSIT in the event of damage: credit card as guarantee or 200,00 Euros to pay upon arrival.

CHECK-IN between 15.00 and 19.00 of arrival day, CHECK-OUT before 10.00 am of departure day, free luggage storage service is available for guests who want to anticipate their arrival or postpone their departure after these hours.
FINAL CLEANING Cleaning charge is at customer’s charge. Price is € 65 for Two-room apartments and € 75 for Three-room apartments . Guests are required to leave the apartments tidy, with clean cooking hob and dishes.
Guests can request extra cleaning apartments during their stay.
City (tourist) TAX: charged according to the current local rules € 2 per person/per day.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: debit card, credit card, bank payment.
